"4 x 3' that made her" Projection Art Installation:
"4x3' that made her" was the first large-scale projection art project that I ever created. It was inspired by the room I lived in at the time. I wanted to highlight the joy, hope and serenity I experienced in this room with this project. I made the entire scene in 3D and then added some 2D animated elements. The project consists of three panels so it wraps around the viewer to make them feel more immersed in the space.

2022 Version of the project
Current Work-In-Progress: My Days of Dreaming
I am currently working on a revamped version of this project, similarly to how I reworked the 2022 version of the train ride project to create the 2024 iteration. "4x3' that made her" will become "My Days of Dreaming". This new reimagining of the project is less focused on accurately capturing my real-life room from this time, and rather seeks to recreate a more universal experience. I want the room to remind viewers of, and immerse them in rooms they might have lived in when they were kids or teenagers. The place where they would dream about their futures, before they ever actually started on the journey. A time when anything felt possible. To make the project accomplish this goal, I am adding in more details that act as clearer visual metaphors, and am adding more recognisable decor that I feel were universal in bedrooms from this time period. The technical framework and structure of the piece will remain largely the same.
